Have you heard of the Bible Experience? A group of black personalities (the descendants of the Israelites) came together to read all the books contained in the European translation of the OT Bible, which includes four hocus-pocus books. Now if they can do that, surely they’d find it easy to publish an ACCURATE account of the scriptures – written by Israelites for the Israelites.
An accurate account of the scriptures would omit the hocus-pocus books of Ruth, Esther, Job and Jonah which were added by foreigners to give hope to foreigners yet are contrary to true scripture – Ruth: Deuteronomy 23:3-6. Esther: 2 Chronicles 16:7-9. Job: Psalms 5:4. Jonah: 1 Samuel 15:29. An accurate account would omit words with the letter “J” since this letter doesn’t exist in the Hebrew alphabet. An accurate account would have the true names of people and places and would omit the word Satan since neither God nor his prophets mentioned it.
If such a book were published, I’d stand in line for it.
In regards to the books of Ruth, Esther, Job and Jonah – CHECK THE SCRIPTURES PEOPLE. I didn’t add them for fun, they were added to prove my point.

I am sure some people would for a false book that had been altered from the original texts
Erm, there does not exist a European translation of the bible.
The Israelites were a collection of Habiru (from which we get Hebrew) who were the origins of all the Semitic peoples (Jews and Arabs).
None of them was black.
There is no “ot bible.” What there is, is the Tanakh – the Hebrew Scripture. Clearly you need to do some studying.
Scripture wasn’t written in Africa. So why would people who have nothing to do with compiling scripture think that they know better?
Ruth, Esther, Job and Jonah were not added by foreigners. You should talk to some Hebrews. Or perhaps the Ethiopian church. They have books in it that other denominations do not. Such as Enoch.

The books you mentioned are from the writings of the Jews, which were canonized by the Jews because they were/are read on Jewish feast days.
Also your complaint about the letter “J” isn’t a matter of whether it exists in the Hebrew alphabet, but it is a matter of the translators selecting the spelling of a name that most closely fits what they think the name sounded like.
Ever try to read Gaelic? And then listen to how it is pronounced? If we used the same method to spell and read (aloud) Gaelic, it would be a lot easier to read. The problem is that the Gaelic uses letter combinations to produce the sounds common to our much larger English alphabet.

There always is and will be a problem of this kind with any translation of any book, not the bible only. When a good translator does his or her job they translate images and ideas rather than the word itself because sometimes words in one language do not make any sense in another. However, it would be interesting to know who do you consider a foreigner. If a person accept a religious teaching he or she is not a stranger any more and it does not matter where they came from. For example, by one or another reason in America everybody is from somewhere else. You are depriving yourself of learning about many interesting views even though they might not coincide with your own. You are not the holder of absolute truth, only the Almighty is. As far as the Gospels go, some of them were not included in the Bible because they did not fit interests or did not coincide with the views of Christian politicians of the day.
I am so sorry for you. Christ mentioned the three days and nights of Jonah as a reference to his own death, burial, and resurrection. As for Ruth is in the genealogy of Christ. You are all messed up. But it is true that the names are not correct (as in being translated literally) they were translated out of the Latin. But then the name of Jesus is not his true name either, it is a Greek word and began with an I instead of a J because there are no J’s in the ancient Greek language. The word Jesus/Iesus means “Hail/Worship Zeus”. Christ’s real Hebrew name is Yeshuah (I think that I spelled that correctly) and it means “the son of the living God.
