How does the current green hymn book used by the lds church differ from the older orange and blue hymn book?

It’s possible the Orange one is the same as the green….if it’s the bigger version that pianists and organists use that is. I don’t know exactly which songs were added or excluded, but I do know that the green version is just an updated edition of the blue one. They took out a few songs, and added a few. I’m not sure why the ones that were taken out, were taken out either. It might just be because they weren’t used a lot. I know that “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing” was taken out, but it is still sung by choirs and as the “special musical number” sometimes.
