There are many scientific mistakes in the Bible. Wannna listen to a few?
1-The Bible says in chapter 1, verses 3-5, of Genesis that the phenomenon of day and night was created on the first day of creation of the Universe by God. The light circulating in the universe is the result of a complex reaction in the stars; these stars were created according to the Bible (Genesis chapter 1 verse 14 to 19) on the fourth day. It is illogical to mention the result that is the light (the phenomenon of day and night) was created on the first day of Creation when the cause or source of the light was created three days later.
2-According to the Bible, Book of Genesis, chapter 1, verses 9 to 13, the earth was created on the third day, and as per verses 14 to 19, the sun and the moon were created on the fourth day. The earth and the moon emanated, as we know, from their original star, the Sun. Hence to place the creation of the sun and the moon after the creation of the earth is contrary to the established idea about the formation of the solar system.
3-According to the Bible, Book of Genesis, chapter 1, verses 11-13, vegetation was created on the third day along with seed-bearing grasses, plants and trees; and further on as per verses 14-19, the sun was created on the fourth day. How is it scientifically possible for the vegetation to have appeared without the presence of the sun, as has been stated in the Bible?
4-The Biblical description of the flood in Genesis chapter 6, 7 and 8 indicates that the deluge was universal and it destroyed every living thing on earth, except those present with Noah (pbuh) in the ark. The description suggests that the event took place 1656 years after the creation of Adam (pbuh) or 292 years before the birth of Abraham, at a time when Noah (pbuh) was 600 years old. Thus the flood may have occurred in the 21st or 22nd Century B.C.
This story of the flood, as given in the Bible, contradicts scientific evidence from archaelogical sources which indicate that the eleventh dynasty in Egypt and the third dynasty in Babylonia were in existence without any break in civilisation and in a manner totally unaffected by any major calamity which may have occurred in the 21st century B.C. This contradicts the Biblical story that the whole world had been immersed in the flood water.
5-either the world will perish or the world will live forever. Both cannot take place simultaneously – It is unscientific. But this is exactly what the Bible says. It is mentioned in the Bible, in the book of Hebrews, Ch. No.1 Verses No.10 and 11, and the book of Psalms, Ch. No.102, Verse No.25 and 26, that…‘Almighty God created the Heavens and the Earth, and they will perish.’ Exactly opposite is mentioned in the book of Ecclesiastics, Ch. No.1, Verse No.4, and the book of Psalms, Ch. No.78, Verse No.69, that… ‘The earth will abide forever.’
6-Regarding ‘the Heavens’, the Bible says in Job, Ch. 26, Verse 11, that…‘The pillars of the Heaven will tremble.’Bible says heaven have got pillars. Not only do the Heavens have got pillars – Bible says in the first book of Samuel, Ch. No.2 Verses No.8, as well as the book of Job Ch. No.9, Verse No.6, and the book of Psalms Ch. No.75, Verse No.3, that… ‘Even the earth has got pillars.’
7-Leviticus, Ch. No.12 Verse No.1 to 5, says that… ‘After a woman gives birth to a male child, she will be unclean for 7 days, and the period of uncleanliness will continue for 33 days more. It she give birth to a female child, she will be unclean for two weeks, and the period of uncleanliness will continue for 66 days. In short, if a woman gives birth to a male child… ‘a son’, she is unclean for 40 days. If she gives birth to a female child… ‘a daughter’, she is unclean for 80 days. Can u expalin scientifically, how come a woman remains unclean for double the period, if she gives birth to a female child, as compared to a male child?
8-, in Ezra Ch. No. 2, Verse No. 65, it says…There were 200 singing men and women – Nehemiah Ch. No. 7, Verse No. 67…‘There were 245 singing men and women.’ Were they 200 – or were they 245 singing men and women?
9-It is mentioned in the 2nd Kings, Ch. No 24, Verse No 8, that…‘Jehoiachin was 18 years old, when he began to reign Jerusalem, and he reigned for 3 months and 10 days. 2nd Chronicles, Ch. No 36, Verse No 9, says that…‘Jehoiachin was 8 years old when he began to reign and he reigned for 3 months, 10 days. Was Jehoiachin 18 years when he began to reign, or was he 8 years old? Did he reign for 3 months, or did he reign for 3 months 10 days?
10-it is mentioned in the 1st Kings, Ch. No 7, Verse No 26, that…‘In Solomon’s temple, in his molten sea, he had 2000 baths. In 2nd Chronicles, Ch. No 4, Verse No 5, he had 3000 baths. Did he have 2000 baths or did he have 3000 baths?

Mostly by just flat out denying they exist.
Look up these Bible difficulties, – and 99% of these are resolvable.
The other 1% are transcript errors from the original.
But this might help you…
1. There can be other sources of ‘light’, other than just temporal stars.
2. The premise that other planets might be created a certain way, – does not void the concept that the earth was created in a special way.

The Bible was written by men, it shouldn’t be that much of a stretch to assume that they made some mistakes in the editorial process.

There are no mistakes on God’s word. There are mistakes on translations made by man, like… Isaiah 14 v 12 and 1 John 5 v 7. Just to list a few. God’s word is perfect and who are we to question it!!!!

The Bible is not a science textbook, it is a book conveying spiritual truths. There are historical events, details and facts, but the writers were human (inspired by God).
Let me ask you this, since some of your points are discrepancies in counts; if you witnessed an even with thousands of gathered in a square, could you accurately tell exactly how many people were there? Then, if I asked the person standing next to you, would their count be the exact same as yours?

You make the assumption that G-d is bound by the laws of physics… and physics is a science more of assumptions and theories than basic truths. What about the Grand Unified Theory? What about String Theory?

The Bible went through many different translations.
The only, truely accurate one is the one written in Hebrew.
Yes we do say the Bilble is truth. These contradictions you are using are based on science’s assumption that it is correct in it’s theories on how to date things. You want to search for flaws in the bible, have you ever searched for flaws in man’s scientific theories or do you just take them at face value? Have you ever walked up to a scientist and demanded he show you proof or do you just read what he writes and believe?

But I can explain a few of these, you did a half ass job making these statement’s.
1: It did not state that light flooded the universe on the first day, it said that light was created. It could have been created on the first day, and then other things that make light created later.
2: The idea of the formation of the solar system isn’t believed in by christians.
3: Go to antarctica and drill a hole through the ice, recently a russian submarine has discovered vegetation living with no light whatsoever.
Also, light was created on the first day, it could have been existing, though with no source, because it was not finished yet.
4: I have nothing, you have proved that wrong. But remember, I am not trying to prove you wrong. I am just saying there are weaknesses in your argument, this isn’t one of them.

there are no contradictions
1) the first day of light and dark was the earths start of its rotation on its axis. even if there is no sun or stars the earth will have 12 hours of what will be light and 12 hours what will be considered darkness.
2) the earth existed on the first day. land appeared on the 3rd day out of the waters. The floral appeared. By man’s understanding which rejects God its impossible. For God its not impossible since he is brighter then the sun and can make it grow with out the sun.
3) Its not by what Man teaches. But what they teach is wrong but do not know it because of their blindness.
God is the light that caused it to grow

4) because science exaggerates the dates because they made a assumption on how old the earth is with out any evidence. They now date every thing by using these exaggerated dates.

7) because science is only concerned about the physical which rejects the spiritual. Spiritually the women was considered unclean by God. She had to be that many days not pure to be considered spiritually clean by God. Science does not look into the spiritual
