Take voice lessons.
well..
one day i was at the gym, working on my stomach.
[i was so committed to getting rid of my tummy without surgery!]
and when you exersise, its more effective if you suck in your stomach. Well its sorta like sucking in your stomach… upward..
like push your tummy up..
sounds wierd but i was singing while working out one day
and i sounded so much better. it was kinda scary.
it was also easier to sing and easy to be on tune.
i did research and it turns out i learned how to sing from my diaphragm!
so there you have it :]
breath in and push your stomach out is what my teacher said. at first you’ll have to “help” it to be pushed out using your muslces
but as you practice along it’ll come naturally.
practically… when you breath in, try it in front of a mirror and make sure your stomach “blows up” like a balloon xD
