The Quran and the other books you cite prove they are not inspired by God ,
Only the Bible is true and accurate in all matters and proves without a doubt it is the only Holy book a person should pay attention to.

Zobur or Psalms was written by a Jew (David, a king of Judah) for the intention of praising God. They are a collection of hymns. SO I guess the answer is that the book is for God.
One reason I love the book of Psalms is that it shows that God understands the heart and emotions of all people. The psalms are what I read when I’m feeling deep feelings and having trouble praying about them. The Psams show me I can come to God at any time with any need and I will be heard. In the Judeo-Christian Holy Bible, not all the psalms were written by David, their were some other authors of a few of them including, I think, one written by Moses.
I’ve read all of them many times, they encourage me and teach me about God.
Enjeel, Zubur and Tourat. They are the Arabic names for Bible, Psalms & Torah. Torah is Old Testament, Enjeel is new Testament and Psalms is what was revealed to Prophet David. The answer of this question is that Psalms is now a part of Bible, and many of it can be found in Bible. It is not now an independent book. So the people who read Psalms are those who read Bible.
I would argue that #3 was not revealed to Jesus, but to his disciples (and others) through his teachings. Also, it is unlikely that Moses wrote the books attributed to him, or that David wrote all of the Psalms
